Fees and Payment Options

There are two payment options :

1. Cash
2. Electronic Bank Transfer / EFT

I charge Medical Aid rates, so you should be reimbursed by your Medical Aid for your appointments. I run a cash practice, which means you are responsible for settling your account with me, and submitting your invoice to Medical Aid for reimbursement. I will invoice you at the end of each month for medical aid reimbursement. You can either pay in cash per session or you can pay via EFT. If you choose to pay via EFT, your account must be settled before each session with proof of payment sent to my email address. I will provide you with my account details once we have made first contact. I have a 24 hour cancellation policy, which means that appointments not cancelled within 24 hours will be charged for.
